1. Educational background
Graduated from a university with a degree in architecture (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Design or a related field).
*Meet the educational requirements required to obtain a visa to Japan.
2. Work experience
Must have at least three years of practical experience in architecture or construction management.
* Any scale or type of construction, such as residential, commercial facilities, or infrastructure construction, is acceptable, but experience in site supervision and quality control is required.
3. Language skills
Daily conversation level Japanese language skills (N4 or above recommended).
* Ability to communicate for business purposes.

4. Ability to adapt to international teams
Experience working in a multicultural workplace or the ability to adapt flexibly to different cultural environments.
