■ Job Description
This job involves using special software to simulate and verify the operation of automated guided vehicles that transport parts within an automobile factory.
Transporting goods between processes in a car production factory is called intra-plant logistics. We reproduce the movements of automated guided vehicles (trolleys) that transport parts within an automobile factory, and verify the feasibility of intra-plant logistics (whether the transport of parts is not completed in time and the production equipment stops) with regard to the number of automated guided vehicles, route, speed, etc. We also analyze the causes of problems with intra-plant logistics and propose countermeasures.
